Counter Pro Inc. (“Counter Pro,” “we,” “us”) fabricates and installs countertops and cabinetry from our shop at 210 Lincoln St, Manchester, NH 03103. This policy explains what information we collect on counterproinc.com and related pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you contact us, request an estimate, use our quote or order-tracking tools, or place an order, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, project or delivery address, and details about your project. We also receive what you tell us by phone, email and in person.

If you pay online, card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Like most websites, we and our service providers collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that sent you to us, and your approximate location. This is collected with cookies and similar technologies.

How long we keep it
